Our online payment partner is Square and we accept all major credit/debit cards for online purchases. We accept Apple Pay and Google Pay. We also accept cash for in-store purchases.

• We accept pick up orders from any location in Virginia for all menu items under www.elaichitea.com.
• We accept pick up orders from any location in Virginia for all menu items under www.mirchmantra.com except for dinner meals packed in stainless steel lunch boxes.
• Dinner meals packed in stainless steel lunch boxes are available only if you are within 5 mile radius of our store location. Outside of 5 miles, dinner meals will be packed in aluminum serving trays.
• Deliveries when available will be only within 5 mile radius of our store location

Our store is open Tuesday - Sunday from 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM. However, certain menu items are available as per below schedule

Yes, at the time of checkout both online and in-store, we ask you to provide your email address and good contact number. We will send your order related notifications to your email address and/or phone number.

Yes, our menus are available for contactless/self-serve ordering at the store. When you are at the store you can scan the QR codes placed outside and inside the store to place your order. Alternatively you can also visit the below sites and place your order.

Each dinner meal comes with 5 items. Serving size of each item depends on the item and menu of that day. Based on our estimates 1 meal is sufficient for 1 adult and 1 child, however, we cannot guarantee it.

No. We don’t customize any of our items. You will get an option to modify some items in our menu at the time of ordering. Please read our terms of service.

Due to the limitation of Square's online ordering system, in some cases you will see that the pickup time is outside of the store’s official pickup time.

The stainless steel lunch boxes are critical for our day to day business operation and hence needs to be retrieved on time. In order to retrieve the lunch boxes we ask for or want you to confirm your residential/office address (destination within 5 miles radius of 20151).

Yes, dinner meals will be provided in stainless steel lunch boxes only for 4 or less orders. If you are ordering 5 or more dinner meals then we will pack your order in aluminum trays.

We ensure that all containers and parts of containers are washed and sanitized as per Fairfax County and Health department guidelines before they are used again.
